Job description

Main Duties:
This permanent role is responsible to assure the legal compliance of our cosmetic products, collecting all different sources of available information.

Anticipates any legislative changes that may affect our products to reduce the impact on our customers and our organization.

SAFETY.
Establishes internal policies to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
Evaluates our products safety during development and commercialization through cosmetovigilance.

• LEGISLATION:
• Review and analyze changes in current legislation (European REACH) or possible risks on products in their field. Prepares risk reports. 
• DEVELOPMENTS:
• Verifies legal compliance regarding ingredients and concentrations.
• Coordinates all clinical trials. Evaluates and communicates all obtained results. Propose and / or supervise claims supported by evidence.
• PRODUCT DOSSIER:
• Collect, review, maintain and coordinate technical product dossiers.
• Coordinate the preparation of the security assessment report.
• IMPROVEMENT:
• Promote continuous improvement and the implementation of improvements in your area to ensure optimal achievement of results.

Requirements

  • Two-Three years experienced in regulatory affairs for the cosmetic sector, within the European framework and beyond UE.
    - Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or other related disciplines.
    - Master in Cosmetic Safety or similar.

- Availability to start working as soon as possible (January/Feb 2021)
- English advanced level (B2-C1) Spanish advanced level (C1)
